Nothing but LOVE here!! There's something to be said for consistency of a high quality product and service. No matter where I... am, the staff of Dutch Bros is always incredibly kind, knowledgeable and happy! I get my favorite coffee drink that has variousalterations (I'm high maintenance) but they do it exactly the same way, every time, every location! I love the app, it tracksthe points you earn and awards free products! Like, for real, freebies with no strings attached! You can see all the differentmenu options on the app so you can be fast with placing your order. Sometimes the line is long but it moves fast and is TOTALLYworth the wait! If you haven't had a Dutch Bros experience yet, you should give it a shot! Read more

Don't get me wrong, I normally love Dutch. The other day I ordered a coffee made with oat milk for my son. He has severe... reaction to milk. When got to the window i asked if it was with oat milk. They said no and remade the coffee with oat milk. After drinking the so called oar milk coffee my son spent hours in the bathroom because it was made with milk. I tried to callto let them know and no one answered. We will go back to the Dutch on Alma School. Read more
Staff always are a pleasure. I am a big chai tea fan, but unfortunately Dutch doesn't meet my expectation with the chai's, but I... still gave 4 stars because there's only 2 coffee shops that makes them perfectly and the muffin tops are so good, other drinksgood, staff are great. Read more

The staff was beyond friendly, A++. The coffee however.. I ordered a hazelnut latte & could not taste hazelnut nor the espresso.... I needed a late night pick me up & instead received warm frothy milk. Sorry Dutch Bros, you lost me. Read more
