We stop here on the average of 2 times a week at this location with an average purchase of $50.00 per stop. We use their app and... place the orders approximately 15 minutes out from here. Each and every stop is around 9am. Each and every order is neverfulfilled as ordered. Each and every arrival at the order sign is greeted with a rude tone of voice. This last stop we weregiven a very watered down beverage. Additionally, we were told that that machine was being cleaned and had to wait 10 minutesin their parking lot for them to complete the order. Our breakfast wraps were ALL burned. Furthermore, when we pull up to thewindow, they act as if they have no idea what our order consists of...Each and every time. I feel bad writing this but I?ve been here 4-5 over the last year, and this place is always a complete disaster. Today I... ordered a pick up order thru the app. I pulled up to find a broke down looking car parked in the entrance of the drive thru. Iassume this means the drive thru is out of order?but you can?t put out a sign? Construction cone? Something a little moreprofessional? We went inside and got my order. It was missing pieces so I had to stand in line. I?ve noticed the employeesare always complaining - in front of customers - and today was no different. Today it was about lack of staff and people notshowing up for shifts. My suggestion would be to start with fixing the ?hiring? sign on the building. It is falling off andillegible now - also not a good look. Every experience I?ve had (at different times of day) it always appears like something isbroken, or a customer is raging angry at the staff, or my order is messed up, or the staff hates the world. I was a regular here. The co workers realized I come almost every other weekday and then stopped making my food correctly in... order to speed it up. They never cook the hashbrowns or toast the avocado toast. First few times I thought it was just a newbiebut really I'm convinced if they saw my name they wouldn't toast the bread. Never a problem at any other location. I got atleast 10 different avocado toasts completely untoasted. (That's my fault for returning to this location but dunkin used toprepare consistently so I assumed it would be correct.) I'll be avoiding this location and probably all dunkin donuts. Read more
Hard to understand with increase in wages how customer service can still be so poor. 3 stars for a sparkling womens bathroom,... solid coffee, yummy donut. Two stars lacking due to lack of smiles and friendly team & poor donut inventory. These last 2 itemsseem to be a consistent issue regardless of location and time of day. The donut was a treat, just a donut with the jelly on one side of course. Nice location and it appears to be clean with a... friendly enough staff that works on getting that work for what is required done in there required shift. No upper managementaround but that's just how it is. Where your many hats proud... Love the coffee and the donuts. I have never left a place because it was too cold. This place had all 3 kids complaining as soon... as we walked in. I have never had to choose to sit outside in Arizona before because a place was too cold. Staff was certainlynot the most efficient. Could not find to contact Owner or Manager. Hence the post. Easily the most aesthetically pleasing Dunkin I have ever been to. They were slightly short staffed at the time of my visit, so... I had to wait a little, but that was understandable. Read more
Website says: opens at 5am. I arrived at 6am, sat in the drive through for five minutes, then pulled up to the front to realize... it?s not even open. Its 6:13am now and still no one is here. Change your hours if you can?t find reliable employees. Read more
