Stopped here to pickup a mobile order I placed. Older guy with a ponytail was excessively rude and tried arguing with me. Didn?t... even get to pickup the order I placed because of how terrible he was and walked away from me when I was trying to say the nameof my order. Never coming back and this man needs to be fired. Almost always rude and almost always wrong or poorly made. I am always polite, know what I want to order, and say thank you. Yet... I end up leaving feeling like I was a huge annoyance and inconvenience and half the time with either an incorrect order or onethat looks like somebody beat it up and burnt it. I just am trying to get breakfast before an early shift. I'll be going to theStarbucks a block away instead I guess. Read more
I placed a mobile order at about 4:30pm in the afternoon, 08/22/22, when I arrived the lobby and drive through were closed -... apparently they now close at 3pm!!!!!! It?s only listed like that at the actual store and not online or through the mobile app!I have tried calling about it but received no help. I would not recommend this Dunkin? to anyone and if I could I would give ita 0 star rating. Read more
Worst service ever. Be prepared to be ignored and the size of the donuts is getting progressively worse. Not worth it. Their... front lobby is closed so you can only do drive thru. If you walk up be ready to be talked down to. Please close this location. Icalled the corporate?no respect whatsoever. Read more
Drinks were all made incorrectly. Tried to have 2 remade right there. They said they redid them and handed them back. All tasted... terrible. Called & lady on the phone said come back through and she'd fix them. Went back in and the man argued and refused tomake them. If you would've done so correctly the first time, we wouldn't be here again! Read more
I had a really bad experience! The staff is ignorant and rude. I placed an order on the App for 2 plain bagels, sliced with... plain cream cheese on the side. The bagels I received were Burnt Black, even though I did not choose "Toasted?. My wifediscovered the problem when I got home, I went back to get the right stuff. Instead of making things right by fixing my order,the "Person in Charge" blamed me for placing the wrong order, even though I didn?t; obviously she was not familiar with theApp. I went to their website and complained, I heard back from them on the same day, they told me the franchisee or a storerepresentative will reach out to me and address the situation within 2 days; it has been over a month and I have not heard backfrom anyone. My daughter removed the hair from her doughnut before I could take a picture, but these two wakeup wraps look like something... that was left in a trash can overnight. Burnt and positively disgusting. If that wasnt' enough, the service at this place isabsolutely atrocious. I have no idea how a place like this stays in business. Avoid! Read more
