Bad service. I ordered online for delivery and had to wait for almost 2 hours and it never arrived either. Yet they still... charged me. The workers were very rude and they never answered when I called. And they're making me wait 2 days to get my moneyback because I paid with card. I ended up wasting gas to pick up the pizza but I never got it. As a solution, I had to cancelthe order since it would've arrived in 4 hours. I'm going to wait 2 days for them to send back my money to be able to feed mykids since that was the only money I had available in my bank account. This is possibly the worst Dominos of all time. Every time we order, there is at least a 75% chance that they forget our order... completely and we never get it. We do get a coupon for a free pizza but doesn?t really help when you?ve already waited 2 hoursand now don?t have any dinner. The other 20% of the time, it gets delivered incredibly late. And the final 5% of the time, weget the order in a reasonable time (I can?t remember the last time this happened). This location had the smallest chicken wings I've ever seen in my entire life! Three of their wings equal ONE wing at any other... place. Complete ripoff so beware! Not only that, we waited there for an extra 45 minutes after the pickup time for our order.When brought to their attention, their excuse for the long wait was "computer issues." AND the cherry on top ... we got ourpizza home and it's the WRONG PIZZA! Tried to call in the issue but phone rang with no answer for 15 minutes straight. Asked mybf if he he noticed a staffing shortage and he mentioned he saw 3 employees working which seems about the norm for other pizzaplaces (which were able to produce without any issues.) Terrible experience. Avoid this location. Placed an order online at 2:03 PM. At 3:30 PM I had not received my order. I checked... the online tracker and zero progress was made. Called the location 3 times; no one picked up (I let it ring for 5 min eachtime). Called another Domino?s location and they said that this location was known for being ?lazy?, ?slow? and not picking upthe phone. Put in a complaint with Domino?s corporate online. Decided to drive to the location to cancel my order as it hadbeen well over 2 hours at this point. When I arrived there were 3 workers there. I explained to the manager ?Courtney? that ithad been 2+ hours and I wanted to cancel my order. She could have cared less; just told me excuses about being short handed;fine but why not pick up the phone then? My order was just finishing up when I arrived. She didn?t apologize at all, didn?t giveany discount and didn?t really even care. Domino?s should shut this branch down as it?s doing more harm than good. Read more

Horrible, horrible service! We ordered pizza at 2:23pm, received a message that our pizzas were placed in the oven at 2:40.... Receipt stated that the order was ready at 2:50, yet we received our cold pizza at 4:12pm. So, our pizza was sitting on theircounter for 1 hour and 22 minutes. I've been on hold waiting to speak with someone at their location for 40 minutes now.Absolutely the worst delivery service we have ever received from Domino's. The very least they could have done was re-make thepizzas prior to delivery. We live close to this location, but we'll never order from this Domino's ever again! Read more
