The two that were working were friendly enough, but didn't listen. I ordered 4 meals, 2 of them were wrong. The order was to go... but they included no napkins or utensils. He did remind me not to forget to grab bbq sauce though. Read more

We ordered online and then we?re made to pay again for our order because the payment went to the old owner, instead of the new... franchisee. No offer to do anything to resolve the issue so I am spending my evening disputing the charge with my credit cardcompany. On top of that, the brisket was dry and tough. Never again. Read more

Had the brisket plate with side order of baked potato casserole and Caesar salad tasty but Meat arrived a bit cold along with... the casserole good thing sauces were really hot so it was eatable. Ive worked around here for 3 years and slowly watched this place fall apart. Attached is a pic of the green beans i received... today, if you can stomach to look at it. All of the soda was flat. This issue was brought up to the workers. They did nothingabout it then complained loudly about co-workers and the work schedule. The one roll of paper towels was in the bathroom. Iguess i don't need to wipe my hands or mouth. The saving grace was the brisket. The only reason for the 2 stars instead of1. Ill pass on this location and maybe on Dickeys in general after this experience. Read more
