I had a real craving for a burger while in Scottsdale. Denny's wasn't my first choice but it was right across the street from... work. I ordered the double cheeseburger with fries. Not only was it it perfectly cooked, but the presentation was on point! Myfirst thought was that I was on that show "man (or beard) vs. food". The ample portion of fries were crispy on the outside andperfectly cooked inside. The mountain of a burger was loaded with deliciousness! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted bymy most favorite waitress (now) to the moment was handed my "drink to go" cup, I was treated like family. She alone, is worththe reasonable price of the meal. Love her! I recommend this restaurant to anyone living or working nearby. I will be comingback here for sure! Read more
New edit: Sad to report....The team that made an amazing meal prior must not be there or had a bad night somehow. ... I ordered... the exact same thing but it was something a good veterinarian could bring back to life..... I don't want to talk about the sidesat all.... I'm hoping the staff that exacted my appetite on that previous experience can rally again.... some people like mereally need a shining star on the palate (even late at night). Sorry folks. I had to put my fork down tonight. Absolutely blownaway!!! I order the T-bone dinner and had it delivered to me in the middle of the night. I could not believe howperfectly-cooked, tender, and tasty everything was. "GREAT JOB!" to the chefs and staff members. To management: "Keep them happyand cared for. I like this place, old ambiance, relaxing good food. Michelle our server was sweet, funny, on top of everything. Kept us updated... about food coming. She made us smile and was quite personable. The servers here have always been nice ???????????? people. Irecommend if only to relax and think with coffee. But I had the chicken steak and gravy with mashed potatoes. Delicious ???? Read more
Homey and bright atmosphere, great service and yummy food, what more could you ask for? They have a special menu with great... choices and the prices are super affordable. Late night treats! Had appetizers of mozzarella stick,onion rings and wings. The frying oil so fresh! Can tell the color so... light brown yet Crunchy at its bestest! I had the lumber Jack slam. With choice of French toast or pancakes. Coulda sworn Iheard a waffle but man oh man. I couldn't finish. Ordered a steak medium well to go. And she loves it! Smacking lips and gums.To whoever is in that kitchen burning that stove I wish I could tip you for the food served up! Among the service. I put myplate of toast on a cup cause it fit. Went biking in the rain and then was welcomed with open arms by the staff at this dennys who were very nice and friendly. Derek... was our server, awesome guy. Good location all around. Karl got the omelette, me the avocado bacon burger. Read more
