Just left 30 mins ago and ordered a cheeseburger for my daughter and arrived home to find no cheeseburger in the bag. Pull... ahead and take a number and wait 10 mins and they cannot fill the order complete. How difficult is it to have somebody checkthe number of items and verify before delivering to the car? I know, you have to assume they will screw it up and check thembut we pulled away without checking. Yes I was charged and attached the receipt. So frustrating! No I am 20 miles away andsurely don?t want to drive back for a cheeseburger. Moral of the story, you have to double check because there is no Managerensuring a process to verify orders are complete. Culver?s always has amazing food but this place is consistently backed up/understaffed and so there?s usually a significant, 15+... min wait. Today the speakers were broken so we ordered at the window and waited in the parking lot for our food. However, theroot beer shake slaps. I was skeptical because I love root beer floats, especially the foamy part, so I didn?t want to bedisappointed by a milkshake version. Oh man it was SO GOOD. Drive through was fast and employees were friendly! Our order was correct and portions were great. The malts were very tasty,... one of my favorites! Burgers were juicy and French fries were fresh, not greasy. I haven?t been inside before but woulddefinitely come back again. Read more
