I don't know what happened here, normally costcos are so attentive and ready to help you. I went up to ask a question and a guy... came up to the ticket printer that just printed, I waited for eye contact to show he was ready to listen and he kept his headdown ruffling the tickets and proceeded to comply ignore me going as far as to yell an order number right into my face. Then helooked at me but didn't say anything I was startng to ask my question when he turned around. It would be different if he didn'tlook at me. Could have been busy or lost in thought, but to acknowledge me and turn around with out asking me why I was standingat the counter especially after appearing to be acknowledging me. I had to get in line at the cash counter to finally getsomeone to acknowledge me. Good and cheap food but eventually the service will make it not worth the wait. Read more
Credit card machine rejected 3 cards. Nothing was wrong with my accounts! Cashier should have manually entered the card #.... Their machine was screwed up. Read more
Fast food at great prices. Tasty, but I can't give snack food 5 stars :-)
Awesome of course, somehow this place is always busy though. I appreciate the good customer service at the food court.

Don't expect them to always pay attention and call out your number. Pizza takes 15 min to make, but I didn't get it for 45 min... because they couldn't be bothered to let me know it was ready. Was lied to when I asked why they didn't call my number, as if Iwouldn't be able to hear them from the closest table. Nothing but excuses when I finally received it. "Oh we definitely calledyour number, but I was on my break at the time." Well which is it, or is neither true? Long story short, waited a long time forcold pizza. Read more
