If you?re getting a takeout, please check the food you got before you leave. The chips are stale so we asked for a new one... which is also a little bit of stale. But that?s whatever, my biggest complain is the food! We got a burrito bowl and I swear toGod the fajita peppers and veggies are so salty ! It seems like somebody dropped a jar of salt and decided it?s ok to serve it.Just imagine, if you?re a vegetarian and that?s all you eat. How can you eat such thing? Just read the reviews on this location. I come here cause it?s on my way home from the gym but literally no matter what time I... come in they are always out of meats. Today asked how long it would be for some more steak and the short girl with dark brownhair was so friggin rude. She said it would be 15 minutes then stared at me like I was stupid while I was trying to figure outwhat I was gonna do. Like I get you hate your job but man. I came into this Chipotle location 25 minutes before close and was told the only protein they could offer was their sofritas. I... understand completely how kitchens work in relation to service standards and running out of the majority of your proteins isinsanely bad management and leaves the customer to assume you don?t care about them and are in a hurry to close down and getout. This store consistently fails make to-go orders correctly (missing rice, chicken, cheese, cup for a drink etc..) and when I... brought it to the their attention they first dismissed me, then the manager made several excuses never once apologizing. Every time my boyfriend and I order from this location online for pickup, we get home to open our bowls and find that they are... about 50% more empty than other locations, furthermore with about 3-5 pieces of either chicken or steak on each of ours. Theyalso commonly forget extras that we add to orders that cost a rather good chunk such as queso/chips/guac. I must have gone in on their best day after I read all the reviews. The staff was super nice and friendly. The girl that made... our bowl was more than generous with the protein. Some chipotle chefs at other locations would scope a spoon of protein, shakesome of the meat off and then put it into the bowl. If I would ask if I can get more meat, they will say, it's extra.
