I?m not a germaphobe or anything but it?s like the most simple rule ever in food safety to change your gloves after handling... money. Just watched the chick working straight up handle money and touch their computer screen with her gloves on, then justnonchalantly go grab the cheese and lettuce with those same gloves to put in my bowl. This is my fave location near me. When you order online they don't skimp on meat. Sometime the chip bags are barely full but not... a huge deal. Always fresh when I eat there. Not a big fan of the way the line is setup inside but c'est la vie Read more

It wasn?t my best experience. We just flew in and I just wanted to enjoy my meal to go. I wanted chicken and rather than... checking to see if there waa chicken I was just told there was none so tried the new steak and no sooner than she added it to mybowl, new chicken was brought. I also asked for dressing for my salad and it was left off and I feel that has happened quiteoften when I get a salad. If it is salad, it should be automatic to add the dressing unless someone specifically says no. It isthe little things. Read more

This location needs some work. The line-level staff are trying their best, but are undertrained and not set up for success (food... being made on the fly instead of prepped ahead which means they are constantly out of basic things like white rice or steak).The regional/district manager needs to get involved NOW and help the location by moving some higher level staffers there inorder to relieve some of the stress on the managers and staff and help fix the issues. You have to get in there and stay longenough to fix the issues. This chipotle is busy and right in the middle of a heavily trafficked part of south Scottsdale. Theother food options around it are not ideal and/or have their own service and quality issues. Every time I go the line is 10+people and at peak times can wrap around half the store. The morale of the staff tanks when they don?t have the line items andtraining they need to properly do their job. The morale of the manager tanks when they are responsible for online orders andconducting new hire interviews. There is a clear lack of staffing from the top down and when it lacks at the top the line levelstaff aren?t incentivized to stay. I could list the numerous issues I?ve either personally encountered or seen, but I won?t.There are issues everywhere and it?s obvious both to every person standing in line waiting to order and every person who worksthere. They need help with food preparation and need to train the staff thoroughly so that it?s not one or two peoplecooking/prepping and a bunch of line staff who don?t know how to help when it?s not busy. I placed an order on the Chipotle app for one bowl and one order of chips and salsa. The estimated pick-up time and the... "promised" pick-up time on the receipt states "12:20 PM". When I arrived at 12:23 my order was not ready. My order wasn't handedto me until 12:45 pm. That means that my food wasn't available until 25 minutes after the promised time. This is completelydisrespectful of my time, and all of the customers that also had to deal with this issue. If you cannot meet the deadlines thatyou set for yourself, then you should inform your customers before they waste their time here. I would have spent less timewaiting for my food if I had gotten in line as soon as I arrived. That completely defeats the purpose of using the app. Read more

So this is my favorite spot! The people are always warm and friendly great customer service always! No complaints except if... they don?t have my salad dressing???? Bri, cashier is wonderful! They all are, but she makes you feel as if you?ve known herforever. Another lady she was taking my order first in line she has a fantastic attitude every time I go in there. She ask youhow your day is going and wishes you a great rest of your day. Hey this Chipotle is always busy with a long line. But I don?tmind waiting when you are treated like that and of course the food is delish every time! Bri and I did not get the otherwoman?s name they rock!! Read more

The white man with the beard and tattoos is the absolute rudest employee I have ever encountered in my entire life. He closed my... bowl before I even finished ordering my toppings and did the same to the woman behind me in line. In my opinion he should befired I have never experienced this poor customer service at any other chipotle or establishment. Read more

Honesty I?m not sure how this location can stay in business. The customer service was beyond the worst experience I have ever... had at any food establishment. When I started ordering my food I had to almost yell so the worker could hear to take my order.Then they asked if another customer could cut in line because it was an online order that they never completed. Then they wereout of white rice so I waited for the rice, yet the rice was already on the counter behind the associate. Nobody was payingattention. Then I ask for steak and they ran out right before me but they had steak finishing up on the grill so I waited again.Once the steak was done the manager asked an associate to cut the steak, she disappeared for 5 minutes and then cut the steak.After that I received not even half a spoonful of steak. I asked for more and they wanted to charge me for double steak whenthere wasn?t even but six little cubes of steak in my bowl. On top of that once they finished making my order I had to wait fora cashier to come from the back somewhere. This entire experience took 15-20 minutes. Also all of the tables in the dining areawere dirty and the soda machine was out of order. Frankly I?d give this place 0/5 stars. Never coming back to this locationbecause this is the customer service that they provide. I usually never complain but this was beyond terrible. Read more
