I don't know who's flying the plane at this location, but there are constant issues with the facility. Their drink machine... always seems to have a problem...if it's even working at all. Additionally, their portions have noticeably decreased as of late.The staff has always been friendly and helpful, but after years of weekly visits, I've finally decided to drive the extradistance to another location. I order once a week at maybe 1 out of 4 times is my whole delivery order there. No matter how many tickets I am forced to put in... to fix the issues the actual accuracy of the location is never addressed. Just go to or order at a different location. Read more

Did online orders with friends, one order was ready the other was never received. Instead of prioritizing the remake made other... customers. So waited 30 minutes now one order is cold. Unprofessional and poor customer prioritization. MOD should be morefamiliar with how to operate a store. I could tell it was unorganized when I walked in. Read more

I LOVE Chipotle but seem to always have trouble with this location. I have NEVER gotten salad dressing without returning to ask... for it. Today there was no air conditioning and no signage to note such. There was only one employee serving a line of 6 people.The children?s fruit is usually too ripe and unappealing. I've never been more offended by the portions in any Chipotle all over the country, than in this one. I'm not even talking about... just the meat (but it's pitiful), I'm literally talking rice, beans - don't get me started on guac. Oh, but it's not a one-off;it's not one employee, it's not a given day - it's every time. I live around the corner; trust me, it's every time. They oftenrun out of items well before closing, and I have literally been turned away 15 minutes before closing because they decided tolock up early.
