We as consumers are constantly having to wait in long lines for service because of corporate greed in not wanting to hire/pay... employees. This Chick Fil A establishment is located right off of a major freeway in the valley with tons of businesses,apartments and a large hospital within easy walking distance, yet they choose to have two kiosks and a single cashier for indoordining with no ability to add more if the restaurant gets busy. I appreciate their efficiency, politeness and how quickly they take my order. The line generally moves quickly. Occasionally... the fries taste undone. This time the nuggets were somewhat rubbery. Probably my first ever sub-par Chick-fil-A experience. Waited half an hour for curbside pickup, fries were soggy, chicken strips... were more cool than lukewarm, had to remind staff for milkshake and soda (and the soda was still forgotten). Maybe my order gotlost in the shuffle but it seems like there?s room for efficiency improvement. Read more
