The tabor shortage is real. No, there were a plenty of staff (3 when we arrived with 1 party in line). One on their cell... phone, two yakking it up about something or another. 15 minute wait to get two philly?s. Then, i watched as they put oursandwiches on the pass and then proceeded to pull fries out of the freezer and drop in the fryer? another 5 minutes waiting onthose (which I had to prompt employee #4 for as I noticed they had served nearly all of those to subsequent folks while Iwaited? understandable? I?d forget about me too after handing my sandwiches over 5 minutes ago. All in all, the hot fries androom temp Philly were pretty good. The folks working were generally nice/courteous. They just weren?t that good at foodservice. Overall, given high prices, it wasn?t a good value - but I think it was a worse value for the business. They?vegotta be bleeding operating like this. Really bad service. The employees seemed like they couldn?t care less, unless someone had a problem with their order, then they... would just argue with the customer. My order was a ?Philly Cheese Steak? but they decided to serve it without the grilledonions, green peppers or mushrooms it was described as having. With the time it took to complete the order they could havealmost grown onions, peppers and mushrooms. Read more

The employees are definitely well trained. They help you through the ordering process. I had a basic cheese steak sandwich with... a lemonade. The cheese steak was delicious but as with all beef products I wish they would increase the amount in the sandwich.Lemonade was cool and refreshing. Read more

Fast counter service was provided. Appeared clean. Great tasting. Made to order.Enjoyed the sandwich and French fries was still... warm. Drinks with fresh fruits were also provided in their menu. Will return soon Read more

May be one of the most interesting experiences I've ever had. Completely offensive staff with no regard for customer service or... friendliness. How any manager could employee three individuals with the lack of professionalism or customer service theseemployees show is beyond me. Saturday evening, fairly busy night in the food court. Stand in line to get Charley's and thereare three people in front of me. There are 4 orders in the queue, showing on the computer display, and the larger guy cookingtells the younger guy at the register to stop taking orders. He says he's too busy and no more orders. It's 656pm and so thefirst guys asks if they are closed and the guy at the register says, "No, we are too busy and can't take any more orders." Thatcustomer walks away. The two females ahead of me approach the register and are told the same thing. They ask if they can wait inline until they take orders again and are told, "No, there are too many orders and he needs to catch up." The female employeeapproaches the register and tells the girls that he's too busy and it's gonna be a while. So they leave. I get to the registerand ask if they are closing or why they are no longer taking orders. I am told the same thing. They are too busy and can't takeanymore orders. You can see the order screen shows 4 orders on the top row. I ask if that is normal practice when they get 4orders and the guy cooking asks out loud, "Do you wanna get back here and cook?" I then say that I've never seen a businessturn people away and stop taking orders because they had 4 orders to prepare. The younger guy at the register then says,"There's other restaurants to eat at." I ask for the managers name or number to which the replies, "There's other restaurantsto eat at." So I walked around and purchased food elsewhere. Unprofessional, rude, aggressive and low class is how thisestablishment is represented by those three employees. Read more

Things are not as organized a they should. They can mess up your order if you ask for customization. However, staff is polite... and can compensate for their mistakes. Read more
