Our family loves thai food, and we end up trying it wherever we go. Chada Thai stands up to the best we have tried in Seattle,... San Francisco, Orange County, Hawaii, and Utah. The Miang Kham appetizer, which are mini lettuce wraps filled with a mini limewedge, toasted coconut, serrano (?) chile, fresh ginger, orange, and tamarind sauce. They were delicious, and I hadn't ever seenthem at other Thai restaurants. The chicken yellow curry and pad see ew were also excellent. The service was super friendly andkind - some of the best service we have ever had. I don't understand why this place doesn't have more reviews. Oh my Thai! Nina was absolutely a joy to interact with. She was so polite and up beat on the phone. We made a pick up order,... our order was Veggie Curry Panang hot spice and Beef pad Thai Mild spice. When I got to the restaurant it was busy and aftereating the food I can see why! While waiting I scoped out the decor. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Very clean, nice lighting and feelslike a warm cozy vibe. The food coming out of the kitchen looked very delicious, professionally plated and good sizeportions. Nina was very attentive in letting me know when our order would be ready and that they had ran out of sticky ricewhich was no problem in my book I gladly opted for brown. She then kindly let me know I could sit at a table to wait for ourorder, she apologize and said they have been so busy, I told her " that's a good thing! Being busy and running out of somethingis a blessing." Every one looked very happy with what they were eating. The music playing was well known cover songs withcontemporary sound. The temperature of the restaurant was pleasant not to cold. She brought our order over our To Go order andthanked me. NOW FOR THE CARRY OUT FOOD REVIEW Food stayed hot for the drive home and filled my car with the Amazing smell ofcurry. Every thing was boxed perfect, no spills ,no leaks and food Temperature was hot when we opened the boxes to eat. Iordered hot for my veggie curry because I'm used to most places saying hot but end up with mild/med level. Hot means hot hereand I'm sooooooo happy! It's a heat that builds lol. The brown and white rice are cooked perfect moist , fluffy , hot, lightlysticks together. The curry has so much flavor and the consistency is not too thick not too runny. Went here expecting Noodle Ranch and found it had closed and Chada Thai had taken its place. While it was not what we were... expecting we enjoyed it immensely. Only item to mention is medium spice is quite spicy, so be aware. The food was delicious andwe will definitely be going back Read more

The yellow curry was very good, I also liked the catfish, tasty as flavorful, a nice little place to go for lunch.
This place is amazing. I went for the special which includes either soup or salad. Today's flavor was coconut chicken, which was... bursting with flavor. I always get chicken pad Thai and a curry when I eat someplace new. Today I got the yellow curry, bothdishes were excellent. Chada Thai, which bares it's name from the traditional Thai headdress, adorn the walls inside. The placewas nicely decorated with a lot of thought and had a very welcoming feel to it. I met one of the owners, who was very friendly,walking around talking to customers and making sure they were having a good experience. All the staff was friendly. Update:stopped in again since I was in the area (11/16/21). Today I had the Panama curry with chicken and the boat soup with Thai beef. Both tasted delicious, and the boat soup was a huge portion. Absolutely, outstanding place and service. The food was really delicious. We?ll be definitely coming back! We also met the cook,... a sweet mom. Seems like a family owned business! We had Pho, Tom Yum, papaya salad, shrimp cakes, and ginger lovers entree! Anew favorite place! Read more
The steamed Thai dumplings are excellent. So are shrimp cakes, fresh rolls, and they have handmade curry puffs!!! (Not on menu... yet) All curry dishes have been great, pad Thai, and pho. One of the top 3 Thai restaurants I've been to in the country. Nothing here is even close to their level. Very authentic on dishes. Read more
