I usually don?t review places but after the amazing service me and my friend got yesterday I had to write this. I went in with a... friend I haven?t seen in a while and Sophia took care of us since we walked in. Truly love the food that Cava offers, but the online orders at this location are rarely correct. Today I stopped by the... location and they were only taking cash, so I ordered via the app as a work around. I was the only person in the store, staffheadcount was six, and they failed to add the dressing to 2 of the 3 bowls. This is a consistent problem with this location. Ihave placed 8 online orders, and 6 of those had issues where I either had to return to the location, or had to take the order tothe counter to get the remaining items. If you order online from this location make sure you check the order every time beforeyou leave. As a business owner, I truly understand the challenges of staffing, but lack of attention to detail when these werethe only orders being made is just inexcusable. Read more

Went in this afternoon and they were getting ready to close (I think) because their registers were down. The manager (didn't... catch her name; but she was a lovely lady with dark hair/dark complexion) was INCREDIBLE. You could tell she was stressed butshe handled it soooo well, still got everyone's orders done, and was insanely nice and efficient. I came here at 2pm on a weekday and it was busy. I was happy that I ordered ahead via the app ? my order was ready, accurate and... waiting on the shelf on time. The app was easy to use. The pita was soft, warm and so yummy! The custom grain bowl wasdelicious, fresh tasting and filling. Lots of vegetarian options. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. Was in the neighborhood with my wife & we wanted to find something different to eat. She had seen this place online & I'd seen... the colonnade location before so we chose to eat here today.
