Well, I have been using the coupons that came in the mail. Tonight, I got two Whopper Jrs and two medium fries, all for five and... a half bucks. Definitely one of the good deals. The burgers were perfect for my plan. I put cheddar cheese on the burgers andadded some bread and butter pickle chips. As for the fries, they have been coming out quite good, unlike Wendy's, despite therecent ad campaign in which they are claimed to be better, but are poor quality. Wendy's burgers are better to me, but thatdoesn't make BK burgers bad at all. If I could use the drive thru at both places, I'd probably hit both in the same trip.Unfortunately, my truck doesn't fit in the BK drive thru. Today, 10-27-22, I am editing/adding to my previous comment. Lastnight, I used another coupon and it included 2 Large soft drinks. I asked the young lady to make one of the two drinks achocolate milkshake. She notified me that it would cost an additional 70 cents. I have no objection to paying a bit more, eventhough the cost difference to the restaurant is small. The information she didn't provide was that I was no longer getting whatwas advertised, two large drinks. The milkshake was in a small clear cup, about half the size of the large drink cup. I ordered delivery and was very dissatisfied. Not only was an item missing, but the food was 30 minutes late and cold! This ice... had melted in both of my sodas completely! I reached out to support to request a refund of the pie and the tip. I was emailed anauto response shortly after offering a $5 off coupon for my next order. This is the third time I have had issues of this sorthere specifically. I would like this issue dealt with in a more professional customer service based manner. I am in the serviceindustry and have been for over 25 years. This is not how you treat loyal customers. Totally unacceptable. SMH Read more
Went through the drive through a few minutes ago and the buns are very moldy. Unfortunately i didnt notice until id eaten 2... burgers. Definitely not coming back to this location. Ill be lucky if I don't get sick. Read more
I stopped at the Burger King on Thomas Road and 68th Street every Thursday night on the way home from work. I always order the... number four which is a double bacon King and three times in a row now no bacon at all. And I mentioned to her about it and shesays oh okay and happened again. My experience was incredible! I came in at 8:25 pm on July 30, 2022 and got my food in 2 minutes. That being said, the service... was fantastic. I had coupons and I never use them and the cashier was super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the buildingis very calm and relaxing and feels like home. They did extravagant. Read more
Horrendously incompetent staff working the register. Been here twice and both times the order was incorrect. Even after going to... the front counter they still couldn't figure out how to enter in a double whopper with cheese. Staff needs seriousretraining. Ordered a Bacon double cheeseburger from the drive thru, they forgot my bacon. Went inside to let them know I didn't pay an... extra $1 for nothing. And since the cashier and manager had to lift the bun to see there was no bacon, I asked for a new burger!This is what I got for an extra $1! SMH! Went down the street to McDonald's! Read more
Worst service of any Burger King location. They screw up our orders continuously. They can't seem to understand cheese or extra... pickle. This time we asked for Whoppers with cheese and received double cheese burgers with only one slice of cheese. The meatwas over cooked as well as the chicken fries that must have been left over from lunch two hours ago. Wish I could have givenless than one star. Read more
