I have pondered whether to post this review... but I want to be a balanced reviewer and not post only about places I liked. I... have been to BWW many times, not this one though, and it's been maybe ten years. This visit it was apparent the staff was allbrand new and although they were earnest, they need more experience. There was much confusion, people not knowing theirassignments or duties really, and excuses made about printers not working and the CO2 for the beers being out and needing to bechanged. When it arrived, the beer was good and cold. The tater tots were good but the boneless wing/nuggets were probably 75%breading and very little actual chicken. The wings looked like desiccated hunks of skin and bone and weren't very filling ortasty. The biggest item was the bill. $68 prior to tip for two people. A platter of 6 wings and 6 boneless wing/nuggets was$22.99 all by itself. I think it's highly unlikely I would return. UPDATE: Based on the reply from the business (below), Ireplied to them at their website as requested. Truly it was more out of curiosity, wondering if they would reply and if itwould amount to anything. It only took a few days and I received an email from the kitchen manager. We traded a few congenialemails and in the end she made it right. Went there for lunch, not too busy but took a long time for waitress to take our order. I believe they need more training, ... when seated give napkins. If there is an issue let the customers know. When you come to check on them if there are trays thatare empty take them away. Work smarter not harder. Read more

My fiance and I just had lunch here accompanied by our 4 month old. We asked for water twice before receiving it, we had to... remind them about our side sauces and carrots we ordered. My fiance had an empty beer for a while before the server came to takethe glass without offering another one. The food all came out at different times (not including our appetizer) And ourmozzarella sticks were over fried leaving them hollow inside. Edit: I considered leaving 2 stars because the food was reallygood when we finally got our entire meal, but then we found a straw wrapper underneath the table top caddy, indicating theydon't move them when wiping the tables down, if they do at all. And when my fiance went to change our daughters diaper in thefamily restroom, he said it was so dark in there and blasting music that it terrified her and she cried to the point of tears..Also, out server pointed out to us that his girlfriend "hates everything about buffalo wild wings" maybe not something youshould say about where you're working? It's so hard to get good service anymore because no one wants to work so people hirewhoever applies. We used to sit at the bar anywhere we went because of this, but we have our daughter now and honestly not worththe $65 we spent. We normally tip 20% or more, coming from working in the restaurant industry ourselves in the past, but wereally felt like it wasn't even remotely earned considering how slow the restaurant was and how awful our service was. The piece of paper taped to the door said they are open until 10pm this week. Next week they will go back to the regular hours.... My daughter and I walked in at 9:20. The hostess said that we can?t be seated because they already did last call for thekitchen. I asked her what time it is. She said 9:20 and they have to finish closing the kitchen before 10. It sounds like thekids are making up the rules at Buffalo Wild Wings. Lame!!! Read more

Not a good experience. The place was empty for 1230, which should have been a warning. Wings were served cold, and the celery... and carrots were old and rotting. The place was also dirty, with wrappers and food on the floor under the table, and in theseat cushions. Two stars vs one for the friendly server. Read more
