Love the blaze chain but this location is awful. Online order was not received from the restaurant for pick up so I had to wait... in a super long line for nothing. This location never has enough people working. Blaze needs to pull the brand from this one. Read more

Yummy pizza! There were 2 people working and very busy with app and online orders, but they acknowledged me and let me know what... was expected. The wait wasn't terrible, seeing as busy as they were, and they were friendly and welcoming. My pizza was so good,too, I ate the whole thing! Read more

This review is done when I was on a work trip in Scottsdale, AZ. I ordered through their website?s delivery option and they were... delivered within 50 minutes. We ordered 6 personal 11? pizzas that were all customized. Each person enjoyed their pizza andnothing was wrong with any of them. I cannot speak to how hot the food was because I enjoyed it hours after. All of the pizzasseemed to be eaten up pretty well and had no complaints from our staff and contractors. Overall for $74 for 6 personalizedpizzas and including delivery that?s not a bad deal at all. Ordered one pizza online at 7:45 for pick up at 8:15. Arrived at 8:17 and was informed my pizza isn?t ready and won?t be ready... until he works his way through the line. It?ll be another 30 minutes. So I wait and return at 8:45. My pizza still wasn?t ready.At 9:07, he had served everyone else, yet my pizza still hadn?t even been started. I left at 9:15 without a pizza. When I asked?can I at least get a refund?? I was told that I need to fill out a survey and talk with a manager. Absolutely will never goback. Read more
