Delicious Icecream cake and lovely service. This cake is my favorite melted all the way before you start to eat it. So... delightfully light with good chocolate tastes. We ordered a construction themed birthday cake for my kids and Baskin Robbins did a really great job at it. We just told them... the theme was construction and they did all the decorations on the cake without any instructions and we loved it. Thank you somuch Baskin Robbins team for not disappointing us and the kids loved the cake. Great Job!!! Read more
I don?t know what?s up with the previous review but this place always has friendly staff that are quick to resolve your order.... Ordered several large cakes from this location and everything has always come out excellent. The only tip is always order yourcake with some time just in case you need it to be fixed. I have not run into that issue yet but that allows the staff to seewhat they can do to fix your order. Love my mint chocolate cakes here!!! Read more
Very disappointed with the cake we got for my daughter's birthday. Ordered a Frozen Cake and showed up and got the frozen... toppers on a plain cake? When I picked it up, they had all sort of excuses, and only discounted the charge for the toppers?These weren't even the toppers from the picture from the cake online. The lady whom I assumed was the owner, said they should'vesaid this when I ordered it. ( I'm fairly certain from the ascent it was her who I ordered it from.) On the day of the partywhat is a parent to do? Race around to find another cake or leave with this? I was EXTREMELY disappointed on how she only caredabout the next customers in line and didn't make more of an effort. Only spent a small fortune at Party City on colors to matchthe cake I thought I was getting. If you want to stress out more than you need to trying to make your child's party memorableand perfect give them a shot. I on the other hand will never choose this location again. Read more
Absolutely delicious ice cream! Places to sit outside if you wish. I find it extremely expensive, but for a special treat, go... for it. This day there seemed to be less variety unless you want to pick from ten varieties of chocolate (and maybe you do!). Read more
