Our friends highly rated this restaurant, and we finally met them there. We shouldn't have waited so long to meet there! It... was excellent. Small (about 10 tables) and intimate. Very personable service (servers work as a team, though we had Robynoften - she was great). Set menu (7 courses, I think and like $95). Every course well explained. Never felt rushed. A personin our party had autoimmune issues, so couldn't eat several types of food. According to her, the selections they created inplace of what we had were great. It is BYOB ($25 per bottle corkage fee, which I do think is high). They do have a wine storethat connects and has a great selection of wine and beer (including chilled) Todd was super knowledgeable about the wines. Wegot there early and had a glass of wine. Wonderful dining experience...we'll be back. Read more

Wonderful experience with the imaginative 5 course menu. There was a creative touch to dishes you may recognize and the foie... gras was outstanding. Service was efficient and BYOB meant you could save as much as $200 a bottle by drinking your own wine. Read more

Intimate dining experience and surprisingly relaxing at the same time. The ambience is amazing. We tried the 5 course tasting... menu and thoroughly enjoyed each dish particularly the Fijian seabass and steak. It's BYOB but as others have mentioned thereis an extension selection of wines to choose from from their wine store next door. Convenient! Friendly service and the waitersdescribed each dish as it was served. Lovely experience. Highly recommend! Read more

Once again, Atlas hits it out of the park!! This review would be SO long if I went through all of the nuances of the... ingredients and preparation on the menu! Suffice it to say, this is such a delight to have in Phoenix, and foodies would behard pressed to find many (any?) complaints. Having dined In MANY countries around the world, we still found completely noveland unique combinations here that we never thought would exist. It was delicious, And continues to illustrate that many ofthese so called classics are sort of tired, rote, and overpriced. This no frills place is a delight to the palate. Max in thewine bar was uber helpful mit German wines! Thanks Atlas! Read more

Quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in the valley. I?m in love with the local farm fresh ingredients, as well as the... tiny number of tables for guests, creating an intimate atmosphere. It?s a restaurant for people who LOVE food, & who want toappreciate the artisan from the grower, to the chef. Impressive and thoughtful plates. I?m glad my partner & I, decided tostimulate our local economy, and re enter life after quarantine at Atlas Bistro. I?ll be back again- & again Read more

It?s still Restaurant week! Last night I had a solo dinner at @atlasbistrobyob . They were not listed in the advertised site for... Restaurant Week but they offered a promotion Wednesday & Thursday only to feature their three course meal for $44! (Regularly$65). The restaurant is ?hidden? inside of the winery #arizonawine. With only 9 tables available in this quaint location, reservations are important! It is also BYOB. Once you decide what you plan to have for dinner head into that winery for abottle or two. The wines range from $8-$800. I chose a Tempranillo. It paired well with that seafood and pasta I had. My threecourses included the following: Premier: Australian Hiramasa King Fish Duet, Citrus Cured & Crudo with Smoked Nori, GrilledCucumber Relish, Daikon Radish Spirals, Smoked Nori, Yuzu Tofu Emulsion . . Segundo: Basil Ricotta & Swiss Chard Gnudi, SanMarzano Tomato Jam, Toasted Breadcrumbs, Garlic Bechamel, Tomato ?Raisins?, Chili Flakes . . Troisieme: Acorn Squash Spaetzle,Spaghetti Squash Fritter, Chevre Fondue, Acorn Squash, Brussels Sprouts, Anjou Pear Puree, Pinenut Brittle . . I loved theentire experience ???????? I can not wait to return. The waitress was friendly. The food was plated beautifully and the flavorsstood out with every bite. #restaurantweek #arw #arizonarestaurantweek #azfoodblogger #azfood #azfoodie #scottsdalerestaurants#scottsdale #foodie #scottsdalefoodie #fivestars #gourmet #sommlife #byob #somm #azfooddeals #nubianglamrockreviews#nubianglamrock #finedining #yummy Read more
