Ive been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The bread is the best, fresh ingredients and friendly staff.
5 Stars? Yes - because this is the place I keep coming back to. I eat lunch, bring friends, buy bread, celebrate... birthdays...it's my favorite little neighborhood place. If you want to pay twice as much and have more plush surroundings,Scottsdale is happy to oblige. But if you're looking for fresh, generous, delicious food in a casual atmosphere, come join me.I'll be refilling my fresh-brewed tea and chatting with a friend or two. Disappointed. Ordered thru door dash and I feel like the portions were smaller because I wasn't there to question them, so they... got away with using less. My whole size turkey sandwich had a few small turkey pieces, 1x large lettuce leaf, 2x cucumberslices, 3x 3inch onion slices per side, 1 slice of cheese, and a small glob of mayo and Dijon. No sprouts (which is an optionthru online ordering). Waste of money. Go to Subway, you'd get better portions of veggies, cheeses and spreads....and they'dactually spread out the mayo and Dijon throughout the bread, not leaving it in globs...annnd you'd also get veggies and meatthat covers the sandwich. One of the best most fresh lunches in the Dale! Visit here for lunch at least once per week. Never had a bad experience yet. The... sandwiches are delicious and the salads are fresh and massive. Staff is super friendly too! They also offer a punch card as wellso after you purchase 10 items (sandwich or salad) you get free food/drinks. Don?t miss this place. Read more

The sandwiches are so stuffed, I dare you to try and finish a full sandwich! I know! It's huge!! Maybe adelicious scratch made soup could be what you need. Signature chef made soups are prepared every morning before sun up forfreshness. If you are only on the hunt for an amazing sweet delicacy well Amy's gluten free goodies (Blondies, Brownies, Bananabread and Chocolate chip cookie dough) will have your sweet tooth dancing with your tounge till you're back for another morsel.Did I mention the loads of unique Artisan loafs of bread! I ordered online for pickup. I ordered a Roast beef club. Club usually denotes 1 meat of your choosing and bacon. They gave me a... sandwich with all of the meats. Not what I wanted and I even wrote it in the specialty comments AND spoke with a person on thephone when they called to tell me I had to pay extra for bacon. I ordered a loaf of bread also which they did not give me. Iwork 20 minutes away. When I called and asked to be refunded for the bread she hung up on me. When I called back she told me tocome back and get it. Not a possibility. She then told me I would have to call back on Friday when the owner was there. No -train your people to do refunds.
