Was doubled charged on my visa for my order. Went back to get 1 of the charges refunded. Was told by manager Jazmin they cannot... issue a refund, to contact her boss Enrique. They admitted to having this issue last week, all while knowing this is an issue,they still did not correct it. STAY AWAY! Still no refund yet. Read more
Went to the drive-through. Great service from the employee taking my order. Right now they have a one dollar root beer float... which was a pretty sweet deal. Got a gyro and a beef and cheese for like seven bucks so also a good deal. Read more
Went in to order food. Had coupons on roast beef classic 4 for 10 and 2 roast beef and cheadder 2 for 7 with there red ranch... sauce added. Order comes up at 6 classic roast beef with red ranch sauce. Not what was ordered. When we told them, they saidthat there's 2 roast beef and cheddar without the red ranch sauce. When I told them its still wrong on the order and explainedit to the manager, she took 2 of the 6, gave the 2 roast beef and cheddar and went to the back and put the red ranch sauce insmall to go cups. Manager had an attitude while doing it and they weren't even busy. They wouldn't remake the cheddar ones withthe red ranch on them. Plus, the person that was taking in the order was wearing ear buds for music so im sure that personwasn't even paying attention of the order either. Customers should not be treated like this even if the customer is the onepaying a but load of money with or without a coupon. Read more

Well I like Arby's food but this time, well let me tell you the convo. I walked to the counter looking at the menu to see if... there is something new to try. The cashier asked for here or to go, I said here. Then I asked what kind of sauce comes on thatprime rib cheesesteak. She said it doesn't come with any sauce, just provolone, peppers, and steak, your can't take anything offits a pre-mix and just gets melted on. I asked does this have any onions in it because I have onion allergies and they make mesick. She looked on her screen and said no it doesn't contain any onions. So I ordered it and on my third bite I knew thiswasn't gonna go well. Someone needs to train the staff as to what their serving, now onto the rest of my work day trying tofinish the day and not throw up. Read more
Hoooly Christ I've never been soo aggressively rushed for my order at the drive thru. Only 3 cars in line & zero customers... inside. To add insult to injury, my order was wrong and the fault was on my end because 'it wasn't what I ordered." If I wasn'tcut off so many times & he actually listened, there'd be no issues. Food's good & I'm sure the rest of the staff are greatpeople but man, the gentleman at the drive thru REALLY needs to learn BASIC communication skills Read more
The staff here are friendly and helpful. Food is always good. My 91 year old grandpa is always happy to get a roast beef... sandwich from Arby's. Read more
