I've been to this location several times and each time I have been there your worker whom I believe his name is Chris has... screamed at the other employees and seems to always be on his phone while the others are working. I love your food and I likecoming but it's to the point where I'm going to a different location because this kind of treatment is disappointing to see.I've seen things like this at a number of restaurants and fast food places and its honestly sad to see. I hope that this getsfixed because they ladys I've seen being screamed at and mistreated have been nothing but good customer service. Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered ahead through their website which said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I showed... up in 15 minutes and it wasn't ready despite not one person in the restaurant. Then they tell me they have no rice and can'tmake my order (minor detail for Poki) I asked them for a refund and the lady working there was incredibly rude andcondescending. She said she can't give me a refund because I ordered online and have to go through the confirmation email itgives you the ability to get a refund. There was of course nothing on the email so I called the third-party company (Toasttab).They explained they can't do anything and AhiPoki has to refund me. So I called the lady back and she was even ruder than beforeand said I needed to come back another day and figure it out. I asked to speak with her manager and she said they have nomanagers and she doesn't report to anyone (impossible). I asked her for the owners phone number and she didn't have it. I askedher to give them my phone number and have them call me if she couldn't give it out and she refused, but agreed to leave them anote with my phone number as they come in every other week. I feel robbed by this company and will dispute on my credit card andreport to better business bureau. I can't believe I got zero apology and absolutely zero help. If this is how they treatcustomers I can't imagine how they handle your food. Read more

Their business hours are merely a suggestion. Listed at 11a-8p, good luck showing up in those listed hours and the business... being open. I went at noon on a Sunday, and the doors were locked and nobody was inside. I understand being short staffed, butat least put some sort of signage in your door saying so and that you?re operating under reduced hours. Read more

the reason behind my low rating is the fact that when i order something through my phone on a delivery app. i expect my whole... order because i paid for it to be delivered. when i am at work and have no capability of leaving to get food, that?s when ireally expect my full order. very disappointed to have only gotten partial of my meal and no drink. then i call to have my orderfixed and they expect me to drive to their location to fix an order. like are you kidding me? some people have lives andresponsibilities. absolutely ridiculous. First time ever trying Ahi Tuna dish, let alone Poke bowl. With all the possible toppings to select, I can make my bowl tasty... and palatable. The Ahi didn't have a smell, but I can taste the fish taste. It was mild, but I know it is there. Now addingthe Ahi with other food ingredients in my bowl. The staff was helpful and friendly. I give 5 stars to Ahipoki not only for thefresh food ,but for honoring armed force members and Veterans with a discount. I appreciate visiting and trying for the firsttime. I recommend. Thank you. As an Uber driver most of the places I pick up ate very friendly But this was a completely different experience When I walked... in they haven?t even started the order which is kinda understandable but when they started making the order all they were doingis complaining about making it They order said extra mango and the girl said ?welp I?m just going to give them a littlemango?
