Good food. Terrible service. We tried to order the special and didn?t order correctly, but our server never told us we ordered... the wrong thing to fit the special and we paid a lot more $$ than we expected. Server was not friendly either. Read more

Food is usually pretty great. However customer service is not there. Whoever is taking orders over the phone is not friendly or... helpful at all. Would make a world of difference if she didn?t seem so annoyed with questions about large orders. Read more

The wife?s plate was cold then they put it into microwave and over cooked the pasta meal. My order was cold except the sauce... which is in a pot . The rolls for dinner must of been left over because they were cold and hard. The ac needed to be coolerthought I was going to pass out Not there best for sure Read more

Started off pretty good for like 10 minutes went downhill faster then falling off a cliff. Took almost 30 minutes just for them... to take our order. They were not busy. All bread was burnt. Forgot the chicken in our chicken Alfredo. Forgot our friends fries.Refilled our drinks once after forgetting several times. Waitresses most of the time were chit chatting at the front with oneanother not paying attention to anyone. Food didn't taste terrible but definitely not worth the prices. Read more

Food was delicious! Thai Chicken Salad was much spicier than anticipated, but very tasty. Calzones were good, but not worth $12.... They were much smaller than I would have expected for that price point. Read more

There was no wait time to get in. The waitress was nice, offered re-fills on drinks. We thought it was kept pretty chilly, so... wear a sweater if you go. Food tasted alright, it wasn't served very warm, and it took about a half an hour to get it afterordering. It is also kind of expensive for the whole family, but it is a good splurge night. Love their pepperoni pizza. It's a thin crust with the right amount of sauce, to cheese, to meat. On Tuesdays a large 2 topping... pizza is $10 and well worth going in for. I'm not fond of the spring greens salad and for the price it seems pricey. They have alunch special which is half a lasagna and a salad for 8.99 or half an order of alfredo for the same price. I wasn't veryimpressed with either. I just go for the pizza. I've had great service during the lunch hour and it's usually fast. Good placeto go for a nice pizza. Read more

I like coming to this place for the dining experience. Customer service seems to always be good though I don?t go here that... often. Pizza and menu items are unique. Plus pack loads of flavor. Can be a bit pricey to some but it?s relative to what you?regonna pay at a regular pizza joint. But you pay a little more for the quality and great taste. Love the location as it?sdowntown in Scottsbluff. Parking is limited and seating is open and inviting. Read more
