BOTH chicken sandwiches I recieved the other day were both RAW!!! They were still uncooked in the middle of the sandwiches. The... line took FOREVER as they were busy, but waited over 15 minutes for food!! Will not be frequenting this Arby's again. Just ordered a chicken, bacon, swiss meal with a medium fry. My sandwich came with just chicken, lettuce, mayo and tomato. Is... missing a couple items there and definitely not supposed to have mayo. The fries were filled up about halfway and took over 15minutes to get. Read more
A good spot for breakfast. Service is almost always great and quick. I enjoy the sausage wrap. Potato cakes are good. Lots of... menu options. If you come for dinner I recommend maybe trying some of the Market Fresh sandwiches/wraps. Plenty of seating andparking here. Great location. Read more
We went through drive thru and ordered 1/2 pound meal with 2 cups of cheddar sauce and a brisket sandwich meal with 2 cups... cheddar sauce. Pulled up to the window to hearing the manager on duty screaming at the employees about clearing the drive thruscreen before people had their food. We got our food, pulled up a ways and stopped to check to make sure everything was theredue to past bad experiences here. There were only 2 cheddar cups in the bag. My husband walked in to get the other two. Theysaid they were sitting there just didn't get in the bag. No apologies were given, but the manager was reaming them for not beingin the bag. We weren't given a receipt either time. We got home and picked up the bag to have our food fall out in the parkinglot because one sandwich was put in a bag that was open at BOTH ENDS and leaked juice out in the bag. The curly fries were soft,mushy and cold. I estimate they had been cooked at least 30 minutes. You couldn't dip them in the cheese sauce because they wereso soft you couldn't push it down through the cheese. The fried onion ring on my husband's sandwich was totally flat and thesandwich was smashed. You couldn't tell the ring was above the bun. We keep giving this restaurant chances and more chances andI'm about done. I don't know what to do to get a complete hot meal as ordered. Read more
