We had the bbq baby back ribs/w fries & coleslaw. That was some of the best ribs I've ever eaten. No fat on the ribs, all meat.... I would definitely recommend it. The meat was all but fall off the bone. Read more

It was ok...I was only able to eat 1/2 of my sandwich as the rest was literally burnt to a crisp.... The Manager on duty handled... it well & comped my meal but I would have happily paid full price for a properly prepared meal. Read more

I guess this is the way things are gonna be from now on. Mediocrity and the "you get what you get" attitude and the managers are... too scared to hold them accountable because they can't afford to lose employees so they just let them run wild, just please,pleeeease, show up. Doordash customers really get the shaft, not only do we pay more, we can't even get common sauces likeketchup with our fries and whoever puts it together either doesn't care, or doesn't have the brain to add that. Then the food isjust thrown into a container like hog slop and sent out because what's gonna happen? Nothing. And they know it. I don't expectmuch from Applebee's, but it's gotten worse. Read more

The server was prompt and surface level courteous. The food was good. I hadn?t been to this location in quite a long time... because of chronic mistakes in the past. I had a coupon from the previous General Manager that they refused to honor which wasfine, but they made a scene in front of the rest of the patrons about the validity of the coupon which I did not appreciate.They brought a bill for $64 but ran our payment card for $88 . Very unprofessional. After the coupon and payment issues theserver and managers were borderline rude trying to rush us out. Read more

Really good service. I went here today and the food came out within 10 minutes! Phenomenal staff and I would definitely... recommend for other tourists driving through Scottsbluff. The food was also very good and both my 5 children enjoyed it. Read more

I get it. Covid. They have dividers on booths, no condiments on tables, you have to ask for a menu! For real, you have to ask... for a menu because apparently it's really hard for their server to spray off a laminated sheet of paper. And for a table of 5,you get 2 menus to share! Our server was eh, so so. She got us refills, but wasnt impressive in any way. I'm not sure howwonderful the kitchen help is right now. It was lunch time, there were not a lot of customers, and it took a long time to getour food. When we did get our food, it was cold. Don't bother with the prime rib sandwich, as shown in pictures, it's justplain gross. As I've said before, this place is hit and miss.
