This Pizza Hut is hit and miss, if your going to get good or bad service. From my perspective they're frequently out of paper... plates for takeout orders. It seems staffing may be an issue, due to them at times not answering the phone or not answeringcall button at drive-thru window. Then on other days it's no issues at all. They finally cooked the pizza fully, it was nice and crunchy, plenty of toppings. My local hut was having issues before bringing... me raw dough pizza, seems they finally got their act together. Read more
I would give 0 stars if possible. The store is often dirty, the pizza is often under cooked or incorrect, and the staff... frequently seem bothered by your mere presence. My most recent experience, I ordered online through mobile app. Wife was toldthat we didn't order from the location when she arrived and was sent away. I sent her a screen capture of the app with the exactaddress and forwarded her the receipt from my gmail. She returned to the store and after some investigation they found they hadgiven our order to another person. The offered to remake the order which resulted in an additional 20 minutes on top of the halfhour that was wasted trying to argue that we had order there to begin with And to top the experience off they put the wrongingredients on 2 of the pizzas. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Better pizza places are less than 15 minutes north in CapeGirardeau. Read more
