We had some really great fish and chips and the Morganator, which was a tasty burger. The restaurants in this region are... generally not as spectacular as the scenery, but the Golden Rail is certainly an bright spot with quality food at fair prices. We stopped here during a road trip for some lunch and we're blown away! The small fries was a formidable portion, and the $7... poutine was MASSIVE!! I'm a huge poutine fan and the one here was excellent! A generous portion of delicious cheese curds, andreally tasty fries! Initially I thought the gravy was a bit on the light side but it grew on me quickly and tied the whole mealtogether perfectly! Would recommend anybody driving by stop here! Read more
