Went to the grande Ave Schofield location, ordered 2 nacho fries boxes with no lettuce on the hardshell tacos, pulled off the... drive thru, checked the tacos in the parking lot, had lettuce, pulled through the drive through made them aware of the mistake,they said 2 more tacos no lettuce they would give us, 2 more frickin tacos with lettuce we got home checked and sure enough.Called the location and they said we work over 10 hours a day and it's just tacos don't yell at us, we'll sad enough all of ourfood is cold and we got nothing but tacos with lettuce on them, ridiculous you really think they deserve even close to 15 anhour your crazy. Night shift person who answered the ohone just complained and said it was our fault for choosing taco bell ay1230 in the morning. Frickin ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous we should get what we pay for and us requesting no lettuce savesthe company money, not wastes it. Thanks assh*les. Read more
This has been my favorite taco bell for years, but as of tonight I'm extremely disappointed. I had my boyfriend go to pickup an... order for me, I forgot to mention to him that I put it under his name to make it easier for him, the person in the drivethruhassled him even though he had the order number. They finally got it figured out, then my boyfriend went to order food forhimself and was told he'd have to leave and come back because it's one order at a time through drive-thru, which makes me regreteven ordering my food in the first place. I understand mistakes, and have never complained about anything being off about food.But being downright rude to a customer for absolutely no reason when they're picking up an already paid for order is ridiculous.Do better and show some compassion. The customer service has been getting worse through the years. I miss the worker that madetaco puns and always tried to make everyone laugh. Read more
Learn the difference between CHICKEN and STEAK. Ordered the spicy grilled cheese burrito twice now as chicken and got steak. ... No receipt so no way to fill a survey. Train your staff better to READ and PAY ATTENTION. Read more
They BARELY PUT ANY meat in the tacos. Compared to any other taco bell I've been to, they put the LEAST meat. This is not right.... Please TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON THE PORTIONS OF YOUR ITEMS. The food is exactly what you?d expect from a Taco Bell and the staff is kind. BUT I?ve never seen a Taco Bell so cheap in... regards to the sauce. my go-to order is two chicken quesadillas with mild sauce and they typically give 2 sauces. Read more
Did not expect much , but the service was verybad . We had placed mobile order and went inside to pick it up .The person working... in the counter just threw the food at the counter and when asked is it our order she did not even care to respond. Our order hada drink in it when I asked her about it she just did not respond and went inside to prepare someone else order. Very rude andzero hospitality The food was under cooked and I could taste the flour . They were sold out on mexican pizza . I have gone this place many times but the last time was probably the best. The cashier was super friendly and the food was... really pretty good. We went during lunch so their were cars going through the drive through every two minutes but we were ableto get our food pretty fast. The only complaint that I have is our food took second place to a group that the cashier knew so wehad to wait because of some favoritism... Otherwise not too bad.
