Everytime I come here they are so slow. The lobby is open some days and some days not. Very inconsistent for people. I have... waited in the drive thru now 3 times and I?m lucky if I get my drink in 20 min. This is supposed to be fast and it?s by far fromthat. I think you need more help and maybe someone to help guide your employees they seem kind of lost. I think I will startgoing to clean slate down the road from now on. I'm not usually a fan of going to Starbucks, but I'm glad I did! The woman working was out of brewed coffee, so she made a... single cup for me. It took a little longer, as it was a pour over, but it was immaculate!!! Worth the wait! Read more
