Totally dig the landing strip. Love this place it’s eight minutes from economy parking when I go to Chicago and I’m flying... out of here if I’m up there a little earlier than I need to be I always stop at the landing strip. If I was flying intoChicago and had a layover I would without a doubt grab myself an Uber and take a 10 minute ride to the landing strip they have agreat food , Richies sports bar is right next-door absolutely phenomenal food you might like this place so much you’ll missyour flight and it wouldn’t be all that bad. Very cool place . Tina the bartender and luke the cook where super awesome . I like the outside bar. I saw families and children... playing bags outside. My friend and i will be coming back. Bartender was great lady, very friendly. Only thing that got me upset a little was it was pretty late when we got there and my... buddy told me he though the kitchen. Might be closed, I was told it was but there were people that came in after me and wereable to get some orders. I understand regulars sometimes get what others can't, done the bars scene a lot at a lot of places, Iknow how it works. But I was there with friends, maybe next time, if I go again. Read more

Great food and ambience. Constantly hearing sounds of planes landing and taking off which contributed to the vibe. Nachos are... on point and great beer selection!!! in and outside dining and drinks. Recommend ???? to anyone!! Read more

Very disappointed. Great reviews. Great beer garden. Horrible bartender. Rude. Didn't care. Didn't recognize new customers and... certainly did NOT make us feel welcome. I was there 8-13-22 in the mid afternoon. Very disappointed. Read more

We had our Employee Appreciation party there on Sunday night and it was AMAZING! The bar and beer garden are gorgeous, Chase... cooked an unbelievable Mexican buffet, Lisa & Angelina the bartenders were the best! HORRENDOUS service. Please explain the point of going to a bar when you can’t get a drink?. The older blonde-haired bartender... was extremely rude with absolutely zero customer service skills. This was shocking to witness in a service-industry employee. Itmay be time for retirement for this washed-up bartender. We waited over half an hour to be acknowledged and even then, afterwaving our arms in the air to flag her down, we were greeted with a snide remark and then she turned her back and walked away.There is NO EXCUSE for this behavior. After mentioning the inappropriate behavior and disrespect to a man other patronsidentified as the owner, he too walked away. I was SHOCKED. My money spends quite well and I’ll gladly spend it in one of thenumerous establishments in the area that appreciates my patronage. I work too hard for my money to be treated in such a manner. No frills type of sports bar. Open concept with a rectangle bar in the middle of the room. There are some airplane motifs items... in bar but look up every 30 seconds and see a plane take off from O'Hara. Monday are half off wings and the wings are breaded.Not a fan of breaded wings but Philly sliders are amazing. They are building an outside bar now which looks awesome. Read more
