Just received my mobile order pick up from this location. 4 drinks and a bakery item, they completely messed up 1 of my drinks... and when I called about the order all they had to say was "oh sorry". Really just "oh sorry", and then proceeded to hang up onme. I've never had a problem at this location they always do their best so I'm hoping it was just a one time thing, but theyoung girl who answered the phone needs Customer Service training to say the least. Very slow workers at this location. Each time I come it?s about 20/30min wait for a simple drink. Pastry comes out way before... the drink. Don?t want to eat a cold pastry after I get my drink to wash it down. Read more
Horrible service. I ordered via the app 15 minutes before arriving. When we arrived, it was busy, but not crazy. Just steady. My... husband decided to order a latte. My order was not ready. Rgey asked about my irder, then made a half effort to fund it beforetelling me it would be out soon. I asked for a water, was told yes, and they carried on. My husband received his order before Ireceived my full order. I said something and the woman behind the counter said they would have it soon. I waited, then askedagain. She told dismissively that it would be out. Then she told a coworker to get my pastry. I didnt order a pastry. The otherwoman only THEN went to put my food in the oven. I said something agoan, trying to maintain my patience. She told me again like school marm that they were doing the best they can (other customers had come and gone, and it was less crowded than before).They were clearly not. Finally, I got my order. When I pointed out they gave me a venti sized drink in a trenta cup the woman told me she could... fill the rest in with ice if I liked?I specifically ordered a light ice drink to begin with..sigh. Nice open space in the interior of the restaurant. There are about 10 tables inside. They have an outdoor seating area with 6... tables. Each table can accommodate 2 people and has an umbrella next to it. So it is easily adjustable. They have 2 unisexbathrooms on the right side when you enter the restaurant. Employees were masked and there seemed to be adequate spacingbetween tables. There is a drive-thru that is easy to get in and out. The only downside is the limited parking. Barista was friendly. Employees seemed to be working smoothly as a team. Bathroom was clean. Dining area was clean. Decided to... try the iced chocolate almondmilk shaken espresso. It had a good balance of chocolate to espresso. Read more
Vehicles parked in the middle of the parking lot isle. The other side has vehicles, in line, blocking the entrance. 30 minutes... wait inside for a peppermint mocha latte. Barely got out of the parking lot once I got my drink. Read more
