Had a terrible experience at this location, to begin with my shake cup had a hole on the bottom, the tatter tots were randomly... overly salted and some were fine. At the window my order was in clear view at the counter for almost 10 min before anyone tookmy payment, people were just walking around and chatting. I gave this place a second chance after ordering tots with cheese andgetting melted kraft slices on tots but wow, this location is just inconsistent. Read more

I come here all the time and order the same thing on the app. Today, they messed up the order again. Normally I just roll with... it but if you read back the correct order and I get the wrong one it's a problem. I have a sensitive stomach so I don't do ot ofextras on my burgers.
