Ordered a large big Tex and they will only gave me a half of a cuppa coffee because I ordered it easy ice. I just think that?s... kind of chintzy. I mean holy moly they charged me $7.31 for this. got to be the biggest rip off in town. You can go over tosonic and get a cold brew extra large for $1.49 before 11 AM, good luck on the grind FM 3009. OTG had really started off with a strong hold on the coffee bean drive thru market.. however as a family of 7 we have all... noticed the steady decline in quality and service at this location as well as the one on pat booker. Last weeks visit ourGrinder was nothing but sweet and overpowering zero coffee. Fast forward to my current visit and why I'm making this review.Longggg lines and no organization I know the manager is fantastic that's no doubt but the staff seemed to rely on her speed topump drinks out for them. I feel some training would help speed up window time and the accuracy on drink taste. Read more
