Good day! I ordered the Big Breakfast and hotcakes this morning, 11/19/2022. The food was excellent; the only complaint is that... whoever is serving breakfast needs to know how much egg to put on the order. All I had was a slab of egg, not even close tobeing two eggs like it calls for. "3 pancakes. 2 slices of grilled bacon. 2 halves of a toasted english muffin. 2 eggequivalent of scrambled eggs" Read more
Set at curbside pick up 45 minutes and no food was ever brought out. Went inside and attempted to get my order at the counter.... Waited inside for 15 minutes and no one came to the counter to help the lobby full of people. I don?t know what?s going on atthis location, but they have no interest in helping curbside or lobby customers. Was charged for my food that I never received. Read more
Probably the only good McDonald?s in a 100 mile radius. Honors their posted hours, almost never messes up or misses an item... which is so rare these days it?s unheard of to ever get a fast food order correct even once. If the other McDonald?s are making$15 for their less than mediocre work, these guys deserve $30. Read more
I think the owners of this business should take a look at the videos of their workers. There business is going downhill. They... used to have great service and respect and now it's like they don't care. Good bye saving my money for something better. Read more
Ordering ahead thru the app is a great way to beat that drive-thru line. We prefer this location to the other closer to the HEB... off of 3009. This location just seems faster and more consistently accurate with our order(s) especially when they are busy. Read more
Arrived at 1045,got app message my order completed at 11. Didnt get food till 1122,Had burgers just thrown in unwrapped no... condiments,ordered extra Double burgers that only had 1 patty nothing on them. One was 2 top buns. My Sundae splashed in my carwhen the finally gave me my food at curvside because by that time it was just a cup of milk. How do you get paid 15/hr but youdont know how to count to 2,and dont know how to put a burger together? All food was cold like it was sitting there for an hr.Called manager the following morning (today)told they no longer do refunds,i tried calling mult times last night but the linewas busy for 20 min straight. And so many cars that came through while i was waiting that turned right back into drive thru,thatby the time was outstretched past the cornerstore next door. Would you wait after waiting 40 min for cold and melted food?Customer service sucks there and food quality has gone really far out the window. Read more
Nobody is helping the people in the drive thru. I was behind a man who kept saying hello and nobody responded. Until he pulled... away they started laughing on the intercom system. I'm sitting here watching them do this. If you are going to come here in themorning, don't. They are jokers here. All these employees inside and I keep seeing some girl come to the window when the carspull and tell them something. And then they drive off. Makes you wonder why people don't care about each other.
