The ice cream is always good but the restaurant is completely filthy. You cannot see through the windows from the outside the... bathroom has been closed since I've been going there and everything in there is just nasty. It appears no one mops or wipes offthe tables, and even the tables outside are unkempt. I cannot believe in no one in management sees this!! Read more
Long time customer at this location never had an issue until today (November 1, 2021 3:40pm). I order my favorite ice cream... (banana royal) as usual and what I was served was not worth the $7.00 the scoops were smaller than kids scoop's. Who ever ishiring at this location needs to do a better job selecting knowledgeable candidates that can differentiate between kids sizescoops and a cup with sliced bananas and two table spoon worth of ice cream. The last two times I have been there the ice cream is so soft it is on the verge of being completely melted. The workers are... nice and give you a rehearsed answer but it's easy to see all of the flavors are wet. If you turn the thermostats up to saveutility cost, customers will go elsewhere. I'm done!!!!! I've taken my kids in here several times and they enjoy the ice cream. The employees have been very patient with them while they... make a decision and even when they change their minds. My son's ice cream tumbled off the cone once and they replaced itimmediately. That's certainly appreciated. Read more
