Good food and good service. Full bar. Good craft beer option. A bit pricier then I expected though I would say on the $$ side
The one that got away... It is my single biggest regret that I moved an extra 30 minutes or so away from 3009 that place is... awesome, the people that work there are like family to me I always make a stop there if I'm ever passing through. Jose, Katy,Hannah,Cynthia, Torrance, and my boy Derrick L. hopefully gets the gig singing there he has the voice of an angel is too humbleto self promote. Great man great friend. We usually order the catfish plates for carry-out on Fridays as a family semi-tradition. We order on the phone and pick up is... relatively painless. Recently their menu changed, though, and instead of telling me HOW the catfish plate was different, theperson on the phone sighed and told me to hang up and look at the picture on the website. There was no picture on the website. We ordered the plates anyway and they were very good. One star off just because of the person's attitude+wrong infogiven. This is a good idea for the area. This location has good atmosphere and is a place to relax without getting into the bar scene... type of visit. Main reason for the 4 star rate is the seating is very tight and crowded. Makes it hard to really enjoy your foodor just to visit. The inside seating can get noisy but the patio is great. If you need a place to just drop in or grab a goodbite to eat, stop in. Read more
Some things are outstanding. Some need work. They need to bring back the flatbread items as they were popular. Make sure you... specify color of hamburger and not doneness as they err to the rarer side. Onion rings need work on seasoning snd crispinesslevel. Creamed corn is under seasoned. Sweet potato hash can be great to okay depending on who cooks it (needs to be carmelizedalways guys). The brisket is outstanding but be forewarned it can be spicy.
