This place is seriously unreal good. If you like tons of flavor and grilled chicken, this is the spot. I?m typically a HUGE fan... of local restaurants, but this place takes the trophy when it comes to grilled chicken in the region. Hands down top notch thebest! Do yourself a favor and try it! Food looked and tasted like cafeteria food. Fry's were good. Chicken was pure white, no flavor at all, and the corn was very... very old and dry. Yes I am talking about your restaurant. Asked for something else but the staff refused. The sauce isn't goodfor me and plain is just nasty white chicken. This was my 1st visit. The young woman behind the counter was very patient in explaining everything! She let us taste things to... help us decide what to order. Once we got the food we couldn't stop eating. We had the chicken, corn, and fried yucka.Everything was beyond delicious! We wanted to try something new and different. Just Amazing !! Great marinated chicken with Signature Portuguese Spices and herbs. Never tasted this kind of great food, great... ambiance and the staff is really friendly treats you with respect. 2 Signature dipping sauces add on to the flavour. A musttry... Enjoyed the food but completely felt unwelcomed in the place. The person taking order cared more about who they were texting... than actually taking our order. First the order of things was unclear. We walked in on day 2 of being open and there was one lady waiting for food while all the... workers were behind the grill-- no sign indicated if you needed to order first or sit first. I am a fan of Nando's, so expectedto really like this. We got Medium sauce on our chicken. The breast was dry with a smoky flavor, and areas that werechargrilled. The chargrilled areas were much more prevalent on the thigh. Heat level was a bit more than medium, so considerordering a level lower than your typical. The rice was dry and spicy. I liked the cassava fries, with peri salt as they werevery unique and had a lemony flavor. The table sauces included a garlic sauce that many were using liberally to help cut theheat and a peri peri sauce. Read more
This was my second time here. My first time was shortly after this location was opened. I attributed the average food to the... restaurant not having yet hit its stride. Fast forward to my second visit, years later. The Coke Freestyle machine was out ofmany flavors. When I entered the restaurant, the restaurant was not busy, yet at least 3 booths were unoccupied with dirtydishes that had not been cleared. Read more
