I do not know why I continue to order from this particular restaurant. 6 Months ago it took over an hour for my pizza. When I... called they said they had no drivers and had to use uber drivers. Past visit, pizza shows up 45 minutes past when it wasscheduled. Cold, rude driver. Sadly, the Merriville locaction is run 100% better, but does not deliver to my area. I guess if Iwant Pizza Hut in the future, I'll head over to the Merriville location. Read more
I deliver for DoorDash, I want to pick up a pizza for our customers in Saint John after I made the delivery on the customer said... My pizza was almost two hours late. When I called to find out my orders status, I was told by an employee named "Bill" that he... "did not have time" for me and my issue. He thought it best to hang up on me, as if the situation would resolve itselfmagically. I would avoid this Pizza Hut. Schererville Pizza Hut used to be known for providing good service and decent pizza. Times have certainly changed! I ordered a... couple pizzas online, the app said pizza's were ready ,then waited in line 40 minutes and the apologetic employee said sorrythey hadn't even started my order. it seems all the orders ahead of me were wrong or incomplete. It's unfortunate, they'reunderstaffed and morale not great. Back to Domino's Read more
Good food. Your typical pizza hut. Haven't had any issues. Pizzas and wings are good. Prices are very good.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Pizza was an hour late, we called and complained, the woman who answered the phone was rude and... told me it will be there any second without even knowing what order I was calling about. The pizza and bread sticks arrivedcold. If I wanted a cold pizza I would have bought a frozen pizza and made it myself in less time. NEVER AGAIN! Read more
