Usually they?re always on point but this time is have to say not so much. We pulled up at 11 and breakfast was over, no big... deal, but when we tried to order the pick two, we were told that the soup wouldn?t be ready for another 30 minutes. Justfigured that if you?re starting lunch at 11 then you should have certain things prepared and ready to go beforehand, ANYWHO weended up getting the spicy way chicken sandwich and honestly it was horrible. You can tell that it?s made from this genericchicken patty (like something you would get from the Sam?s club frozen section) not a fan at all. Other than that I love theirfood. Read more

I want to like this place, seems like they have people who seem to care. Be advised the delivery isn?t a Panera employee. I... believe it?s Uber Eats. Last time I got them it was a Panera employee. They didn?t drop off my bread because it?s not consideredas a order even though I ordered $40 of Lunch for my office staff. The place seems nice and I didn't see many people wearing mask. COVID-19 is still with us and everyone is not vaccinated. The ... chicken sandwich was alright. nothing to brag about. Stick to the soup and salad. Will not be going back anytime soon. Read more

Probably the last time we will go to Panera. Prices are up... WAY up... And quality way down. I saw the advertisement for... their spicy chicken sandwich and thought it really looked and sounded good. Well mine looked nothing like the picture... Thepicture on the left is what it SHOULD look like. The other picture is what I received... Tiny piece of rubbery cold chickenhiding in the bun... A few drops of Buffalo sauce... Mostly mayo... And I had to search for signs of the pickle chips. If youlook at their advertisement photo, the pickle chips are loaded on there. They were out of the sourdough bread for my wife'sdeli turkey sandwich and what they substituted was stale bread. The bread they gave us was also hard and stale... Inside andout. The 2 stars are for the chicken and wild rice soup, which was very good. Paid over $40 for our meal for two... I expecthigher quality. What a disappointment. Panera used to be great. Read more
Me and my family always liked Panera Bread. The reason I am here to review is because of the attentive, kind hearted, and... respectful employees like Robin. I came in to dine with my 3 small children on 6/21 around noon and Robin greeted us with warmsmile from the door also the cashier. She was following up with us asking as if we needed help; generally she made us feelimportant and seen. Employees like her should be recognized and appreciated by the company as they are a reason for us to comeback. Read more
This is my least favorite within a 30 mile radius. Their green tea is watered down, the lemonade is always too tart, they are... regularly missing ingredients, and do not seem to prepare the food consistently. One day the same dish is hot while it will becold at other times. Stick to the beverages. Read more
