Pick-up only location. Food always on time. Fresh ingredients. Ample parking available. I ordered my food online, and pay via... the website as well. Someone comes out shortly and asks for my name, they usually bring the order out within a minute or two.The food always tastes fresh and they always follow the instructions I give online. Absolutely terrible. I got one gluten-free pizza and one regular thin crust. The crust's seemed identical..... I don't know if... they both for gluten-free or they both weren't. The edges of the pizza were so hard you couldn't even eat it. I got half spinachhalf and mushroom I only saw one mushroom on the whole half. The pizza that was supposed to be regular thin crust was cold whilethe gluten-free one was hot. It's unbelievable how terrible both the pizzas were..... We were so excited when the schererville location opened up. At first the pizza was fantastic. It was on par with the locations... in the city. We were getting pizza 3 to 4 times a month. However in the last year the pizza has gotten awful. It has very littleflavor. The topping are still raw and crunchy on occasion. Lately it?s tough calling the pizza a deep dish. It?s more of anundercooked pan pizza with high sides. I don?t know what has changed in the last year but fix it! I will be taking my businessto better pizzerias. Do better Lou! Read more
Placed an online order. Got there a little early by accident no biggie, will wait in my car and play with my phone. The manager... comes out and says "my guys messed up, I'm sorry they gave your pizza to someone else, it's going to take $10 longer. Would youlike a soda or dessert for the trouble?" I said a coke is great as I was parched, thinking it'd be like a fountain soda. Theybring my pizza out and give me like 4 bottles of coca-cola. Way beyond my expectations. Mistakes happen, it's dumb not to justgo with the flow. They handled it very very well and I will be a repeat customer. Read more
Always have liked Lou's, here in Schererville, from the pizza to salad to beef sandwich! Unfortunately, I'm not sure whats... going on, but this is the 2nd time I've ordered the Salad and found a fly. I get that"its fresh", but I can never eat it againalways having to worry about finding a fly. Makes me question everything about their food handling. Definitely threw up. Lostappetite. What happened to Lou Malnati's? The deep dish used to be deep. Now it is a thin crust pizza with a high lip. Got a refund at... least. Read more
First time customer. Got the classic sausage deep dish. Didn't live up to expectations AT ALL. The sauce wasn't that good. The... sausage was incredibly boring. The crust was just ok. As a whole, the word "lackluster" comes to mind. Maybe it's just thislocation, but if they're all like this... Overrated. For sure. Also, I did curbside pickup. I sat a half hour longer than Ineeded to because I apparently didn't pull up to the right spot. The website didn't specify. Their email/order confirmationdidn't specify. And no signs posted outside. An employee eventually came and asked if I was there to pickup. It was only thenthat I was informed that I should have parked "over there" instead. So waiting waiting waiting for no reason. The quality of the deep dish pizza at the Schererville location has been steadily going downhill since they opened here. Just... ordered tonight 2 pizzas and a salad for $80.00 which is outrageous for bad food. Salad was good but the pizzas were inedible!The cheese was very hard, the sauce was tasteless and the crust was like a rock. Read more
