Placed an order online & I can see they charged my card 2 hrs ago. I called to make sure the restaurant actually received the... online order and every single time I called the girl would pick up the phone and say, "Aurelios, please hold" and place me onhold before I could even ask if my order went through because im 100% POSITIVE the charge went through. I can't get anyone onthe phone to confirm my order. Everything you read in the comments about the counter service is true! Go to a different locationor Sanfratellos down the street. Read more
