Customer service poor. No management, understaffed, and staff posing as manager. Tried ordering breakfast, waited outside at the... drive thru to order at intercom for approx. 20 min, knocked on drive through window, and went inside to ask to speak to amanager. Female(s) were present would not give full names or info to make a complaint. I was told to find it online and theywalked away. No name tags, appropriate uniform, and highly unprofessional. Claimed the store would open at 8am. I asked whywasn?t a sign put on the door since it is posted as being open at 7am or why didn?t anyone announce it on the drive-thruintercom. Employees were rude and did not attempt to rectify the situation. Very disappointing and I?m obviously dissatisfied.Also,made a complaint online. We will see if there?s any resolution. Time is money and my time is valuable. Hopefully, Wendy?sMgmnt will address my complaint. Read more

Thought the service at the front end was great man was super pleasant courteous great manners and when I realized I was missing... a sandwich I went back in and the cashier was away from the counter someone from the back came up and also extremely polite gotme my missing sandwich and apologized for the mistake. Food was out super quick despite the line in drive thru definitely wouldstop here again. And thank you to the workers for a good experience. Read more
Absolutely, horrendous, 2 cars no one in the lobby and 20 minutes for the wrong meal!!!! It must be bad intercoms, slow fryers,a... cold grill and a broken recipe printer because everything was bad. I'd like to complain about the people but that never gets thecustomer anywhere.So I'm gonna try to complain about the equipment at this place. Get new appliances and a better intercomsystem. No one is hearing the correct orders. Your receipt printer clearly isn't printing correctly, it charged me for things Ididn't get. Your fryer must be cold it took 10 minutes for fries to cook and your grill must have taken another ten minutes tocook the wrong burger. Please fix this establishment. Thank you Read more
Absolutely terrible. It?s 3:50pm on a Saturday and I?ve been sitting in drive thru for the past 15 minutes. Haven?t even gotten... to the speaker yet to order. What the hell is going on in there ? They don?t even let customers inside so I can?t imagine whatcould be taking so long. These people are definitely overpaid already and fast food workers still complain about wanting moremoney. Ordered on Wendy's app for carry out, get to the door, door says they are open for carryout, but employee tells me they are not.... Now they will not issue me a refund for food I was never given because they don't feel like accepting carry orders even thoughthe app says they can. Essentially they screwed me out of my money and my lunch break. The food i have gotten at other timesis barely the Wendy's quality I have come to love. Never going back. Decided to give this place another chance and I waited 25minutes in the drive thru just for 3 cars in front of me and then they handed me a cold burger with burnt-black bacon and wrongsecond item. Went thru drive thru. Waited 20 mins before we got to the speaker. As we are ordering the guy taking our order was snappy and... extremely rude. We pulled up to the window and he snapped the money out of my husband's hand. No thank you no nothing. Is thiswhat our society has become. Rude, disrespectful people? Read more
