I have to edit my review. And yes I will give this location on Balltown Road five stars. It was very clean the staff was very... friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. But I can't say the same about the Altamonte location. The staff plays aroundtoo much, my order was constantly getting messed up and it wasn't clean all the time how a restaurant should be. Taco Bell hasalways been my favorite fast food restaurant and always will be. But the Balltown Road location is a location I'm going toconstantly go to for now on. Read more
Today while I was inside Taco Bell I witnesses the woman making food bring an order outside to a car, she open and closed the... door with her plastic gloves on and never changed them then continued to make food. This is disgusting, touching a germ covereddoor handle twice then touching food. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I didn?t feel comfortable eating my food and I?ll becontacting the health department about the condition of this establishment. Read more

I placed an order and not only was it late but cold and not all my order was in the bag. Night management has the nerve to... disrespect me hang up in me then threaten to call the cops if I come and see about my order. They blame the driver for grabbingthe wrong bag but the bag he was there to grab had the name he was looking for. How is it the driver fault when he never madethe order? Only the stop, is he a worker to? Your store needs better customer service and professionalism at best. Read more
I've ordered more or less 10 times at the balltown road location, but I'm not going there anymore. I usually ordered through... DoorDash/UberEats or drive-thru. I think maybe once it came with ANY sauces even though we ask for it each time. Usuallythere's at least 1 thing missing. Many times we have to call and/or return to the store. Read more
