Sandye even though I am a pastry chef myself and I can bake these phenomenal cakes that you do I enjoy doing business with you... because I just don't have the time In my day to do it so I bring my business to you because everytime I order a cake from you orshow you a pic you always bring it to the next level and I recommend anyone to have a cake made by Sandye you will never want togo back to Villa Italia or all these other bakeries her work is incredible and you won't be disappointed. Sandye was great to work with. I asked for a happy meal themed cake and not only was it the cutest thing ever, but it tasted... great! The cake was moist, and she managed to create a peanut butter cake, with chocolate chunk filling that was not too dense.I don't usually enjoy fondant, but hers had a great texture and taste.
