Okay, I love Originals' Pizza! It's fantastic! If I was rating them for their pizza alone, they would get 5 Stars! BUT.... My... experience with the woman who answered the phone, prompted me to write a review. I ordered a pizza by phone instead of online soI could ask pricing questions. I ordered an 8 cut with sausage and mushrooms. The pizza with cheese was $9.75, I asked how muchtoppings were, she told me $2.00 each. That would make the total $14.85, with tax. Order taker told me 45 mins, but never gaveme a total. When I spoke to my boyfriend after he picked it up, he told me the pizza was $18.??. I called Originals, told themwhat happened and asked how they came up with that figure. Her rude response was, that's what the prices are. I told her whattheir website said and she couldn't care less! I asked to be refunded the difference because they have to honor their websiteprices. She got mad, and hung up on me! Ordered Saturday night special which was a 12 cut cheese pizza and 24 boneless wings food arrived 1 hour and 15 mins after... ordering wings where not boneless and the 2 liter of Pepsi wasn't there second call got the Pepsi delivered 3rd call gotboneless wings which were burnt and half covered in oil smelling like fish and wings seemed microwaved. Delivery driver had anattitude very poor service and food will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM HERE.! 45$ for burnt wings can vers in grease tastinglike fish burnt pizza and poor service......!!!
