I cannot imagine a more perfect business model! Need a chocolate fix after a movie or a show at proctor's? Pregnant and need... some Raspberry macadamia nut delivered to your door at 11 pm? Ordered in person, bathed in the glorious smells of fresh baking cookies, salivated all the way to thecar, ate our cookies with a relish that makes you glad no one can see you in the dark. Heaven. The place has great cookies. Have ordered them 3 times already on my trips up here and never had a issue.
Ordered the midnight snacker with all different cookies. Came warm and delcious and I mean every single one... it was to die... for. We also ordered a pint of vanilla ice cream and made a couple of cookie sandwiches (currently thinking of going back foranother bite) anyways I will be letting everyone I know about this gem! Unique late night cookie spot! Prices are reasonable considering the cookies are made fresh (order ahead or expect to wait about... 20 mins). Our favorites were the sugar cookie, white chocolate macadamia nut, and surprisingly the mint chocolate chip. Thepeanut butter was just okay, but it wasn't bad by any measure. The poor guy who was working was by himself for one. It was his second day and when I asked to speak to a manger she didn?t even... want to get on the phone. He was overwhelmed and the 10 minutes i was in there and the orders kept coming in. The manger wasvery rude to the poor guy. We saw the exact employee walk out of the store while we were waiting and he was trooping up thestreet. We proceeded to ask what?s wrong and he said he quit! Can?t blame the guy. We spent $25 at this horrible location. Neveragain 0/10 and need funding for gas. Still have yet to receive our refund. Manager will not return my calls. It?s been almost 2months. Read more

Why would someone give a 2 star review since the cookies are made fresh?? That's what's great about this place! You can order... ahead so they're ready for you when they get there. People can be so blind as to how reviews impact a business. This place isgreat. Fresh baked cookies and they deliver! If you don't want to wait, just order ahead. Read more
I called to place an order for cookies around 12:25, the woman answered with an attitude to start. She stated that they cannot... take orders over the phone - even though I?ve done a couple nights before but no problem ? she then tells me that I would needto place the order through GrubHub, but I told her that it wasn?t showing up on GrubHub, it showed the business as closed .. Iasked if I could come inside to pay she said sure no problem when I told her I would get there at 12:47 she then stated to methat the computers shut off at 12:47 and they lock the doors at 12:47, what a coincidence, the same time that I gave to bethere? Okay .. I asked if the manager was available at this point she states that the manager has left for the day. She thenstated that I can place the order online on the website before 12:40 because they take 20 mins to make which I did attempt to doafter I got off the phone with her. As I am Waiting for confirmation I was placed in the queue on the site @12:35. I tried tocall back several times after to see why wasn?t they accepting the order and she did not answer the phone purposely. If youdon?t wanna work that?s fine, I?ll take my business elsewhere but don?t give a patron instructions on how to do something ifyou?re just going to ignore the order entirely. Be professional and tell them you?re not taking anymore orders for the night.Also if y?all are not truly open till 1 AM that should be changed on your website and on Google.
