Small little eatery inside Rivers casino. My wife and I decided to try their Chinese food, and it was quite good. We both... ordered pepper steak, which came with a scoop of friend rice. Terrible service and food. Also the "sweet and sour" cucumbers are actually pickles with siracha. Would not recommend.
