I stopped here on 10/12/22 around 9:30am for breakfast and accidentally dropped my wallet and left with out notice that I... dropped when I get to my delivery in massachusets I found out and I called to check if they found it and the girl ho answer thephone told me it was there and was on the safe I felt good about it because my money to pay my gas home bill was in my wallet soI took another load back around albany to get my wallet next day and for my surprise the money for my bill wasn?t there so Iguess i expect to much I hope ho ever took the money used for something productive or for food for their children Read more
We understand these highways stops are busy, but the manager/lead guy was rude. When we asked a question about our order he came... back with well didn't you look in the bag. We did and it didn't not look like what we ordered. No need for being rude. Customerservice is going down the toilet. Read more
Rip off. Their prices are twice as much as normal McDonald's but they don't have drink refills or napkins and the service is... horribly slow. Flies everywhere and every surface is dirty. Avoid this McDonald's. Read more
Beyond disappointed. Waited almost 20 minutes for a drink. Spoke to a nanager twice who couldn't care less. Cashiers kept taking... orders and everybody just watched. One young lady was basically doing all the orders by herself. I had to tell the manager tohelp her. The guy making drinks should look for another job because this one is not a good fit for him. At one point there was20 people waiting for food. Next time I drive this way I will make sure to bypass this place Read more
It's a rest stop McDs so be prepared to pay nearly double. Whatever. The girl working the counter was nice, but the manager felt... the need to scream orders as though it were mobbed at lunchtime when it was pretty calm. Even still, had to wait an extra 5minutes for a new batch of fries. No problem, fresh fries are good. However, I don't know if it's a NY controlled thing, but myfries came out in a bag that was labeled large. It was barely bigger than a normal small. It was tiny. And they didn't even packit. Everything came in bags or paper wrappers, including the nuggets. At least the straws were compostable plastic. All in allthe food was good, just very poor value and a long wait. Read more
Over priced half way decent food and to top it off the manager tells me NO REFILLS Here?!!!! So you fill the drink up with ice... and I have to buy another drink to get a refill??!!! This is the worst McDonald's in the country. DON'T STOP HERE!! You havebeen warned. As others have stated THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!! I ordered my food at 10:15 pm. They where super busy and had people clocking out to go home. But the manager (I didn?t get her... name) and crew member angel r gave me excellent service. They where busy but where very kind! The food was fresh and it wasfast! That?s all a customer wants when driving all day:) thank you McDonald team! they even got my sauce in the bag without mereminding them for it! Also tagged the double cheese burger with Mac sauce burger! It?s important to see this when in a rush. Read more
Terrible customer service no napkins or ketchup or receipt and cash only triple the price of any other McDonald's!
