Tried their newly open drive thru. Little confusing on how to get into it for the first time. ???? But service was quick and... friendly. And of course coffee is wonderful. Drive thru was definitely needed here to compete with Starbucks. Read more
The young male (drive thru employee) taking my order was VERY PATIENT w/ me & my indecisiveness & the young female employee was... very sweet & efficient with my order. I gave them a tip because I was both pleased & impressed at the level of service duringsuch a busy & chaotic time. The donuts & the munchkins were FRESH so that made the tip even more worthwhile. Rated this place 5 stars 3 years ago but now giving them 1 star as their lattes now consistently comes out burnt. Totally fine... if this happens a couple times, but it's been happening almost daily for a few months now. Read more
I've never really had a problem with them, but today there were so many. I understand they were busy and everyone has off days... but it was a little ridiculous. I was ordering breakfast for my family so it was a bigger order than I normally get. Halfwaythrough ordering she cuts me off and tells me my total and to come around to the window. I'm like wait I'm not done. Then theyhave to add an extra order because they closed out my first order. I got three coffees and they didn't offer a drink tray - nota big deal but still. Then I get halfway home and take a sip of my iced coffee and realize it's not decaf. I explicitly saiddecaf because caffeine makes me sick. I always over pronounce decaf to make sure. I go back to get the coffee fixed. I get homeand of course my sandwich was completely wrong. I'm not going back to get it fixed AGAIN, but I don't even eat what they gaveme. Very frustrating morning. I hope even when it's super busy they take a small fraction of time to make sure they're actuallytaking care of their loyal customers. I went here for a quick coffee with only a few cars in line on Tuesday as I sat in line after placing order a employee of what... looked to be young indian descend female was at back door after she stood waiting she turned angry stormed away swearing andapproximately 15 minute hold up do to employees... I asked the gentleman at window do you have a supervisor manager or ownertheir and he responded no, I asked if he had any phone numbers he replied no only store number on receipt and that they areonly crew members. Extremely poor store maintenance and employees were rude not even a greet or a smile. And my ice coffee wasrather disgusting! Time to call corporate, I highly recommend against going their as something is very wrong! Update stay awayon Sundays ???? Read more
